Orders and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues or incomplete information. If payment has been taken for an order we cancel, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

Installation and care
Install wind chimes only from a secure, suitable mounting point and follow product instructions. Consider nearby people, pets, windows and neighboring spaces. Check cords and fittings periodically and shelter items from damaging conditions unless explicitly rated for exposure.

Processing and delivery estimates may vary. Returns are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, without limiting rights that cannot be excluded by law.
